En Route to Find an Armchair investigates the limits of language and the malleability of memory through lens-based media and creative writing. It consists of a dialogue between two subjects – ‘reader’ and ‘you’ – who exist within a nonlinear narrative. Laden with subtexts, the book examines relationships between sight and site, desire and loss, and language and communication.

En Route is part of a larger project, Damage Without Injury, which includes a 2-channel video related to the images and narrative content of the publication.
